I have a friend who did a ticket himself, and he is still paying for the damage it caused to his insurance. I received a summons that I Didnt believe was legit, and I looked around and contacted New York Ticket Defenders. They had my email a copy of my ticket to evaluate it. They called me back and we discussed my version of what happened. They provided me with the different options I had- and we discussed what they felt in their Profesional opinion would be the best for my case. It was apparent from the first call that they knew what they were talking about and knew the court very well. They did not make me feel rushed and were empathetic to my situation.
