I would like to start off by saying my experience with NY Ticket Defenders has been very delightful. While I was in NY driving a 26 ft box truck, I came a cross the pkwy and I hit a bridge not realizing how low the bridge was. As a result of the accident I was issued 7 tickets. I was so stressed out to find the best lawyer for my case in NY and I came a cross NY ticket defender (Wendy)on google. I contacted Wendy concerning the tickets. She made me feel very comfortable knowing that I can trust her during this process and she took care of the issue. Windy was very responsive and kind. After she did her job, She was able to dismiss all the 7 tickets. Wendy and her team was very professional and had good communication with me during this whole process. NY Ticket Defenders is definitely the right choice for me. I got 2 tickets with points around the holidays. With the cash strapped Long Island. I knew I was in trouble. Then I found Wendy. And they did not give up and fought continuously until my tickets are reduced with no points deducted. Very professional and nice. Not only was she able to get it done earlier but got my ticket dismissed. Hopefully I'll never need a traffic lawyer again but if I do I'll be using NY Ticket Defenders again for sure. I couldn't thank them enough.

Highly recommended. I talked to her secretary and she went through all the options and answered all my questions. After I decided to proceed, Wendy called me and explained everything in detail with her estimate of success. She was extremely pleasant and did not over promise anything. Wendy is the REAL DEAL!!! This is my third time hiring Wendy to defend a ticket and she's gotten everyone of them dismissed. You can bet I'll be calling on her the next time I get another one. We all know in most cases tickets are a scam to generate added revenue for the courts, police, local government and insurance companies. But I've chosen not to play the victim and line their pockets by instead defending my tickets. It may cost more up front, but you save on insurance in the long run.
