Recently I contacted Mr. Wolfberg regarding a complicated legal matter not related to traffic or criminal defense.  Mr. Wolfberg helped me out at a very reasonable rate.  I would definitely recommend him.

Had a ticket that would have cost me points. Was referred to Matis and he took care of absolutely everything for me. Answered all of my questions, laid out the game plan, and went to work. After receiving regular updates, I finally received a notice that the violation and any associated fines were dropped completely. Communication, professionalism, and most importantly results are what you get with Matis - highly recommended!

Amazing work!!! I had a failure to signal ticket (2 points). I emailed and got a response in minutes. Excellent communication and he took the ball and ran with it. He contacted the court and saved me a long drive to upper state NY. Not only that, but he got the ticket totally DISMISSED. I told him on the phone that I almost wished I had another ticket just so he could handle it. 😀 Facing a traffic ticket? This is your attorney!!! It was a tough situation with a possible high fine and almost 6 points but he was able to get it down to a minimal fine, defensive driver course and 'zero' points. He is a thorough professional, compassionate and very responsive.The communication throughout the process was on point & transparent without any ambiguity. Everything was done through emails, which was a major plus for me as I didn't have to go to the court in person.
