As with others, I was cited for minor violations while passing through towns in Central New York. Scott is efficient, is an excellent negotiator and gets the job done. My husband got a speeding ticket near Monticello, we googled attorneys in the area that could help, got in touch with Scott and after a month or so he changed it to a parking ticket. The town of Woodridge got us, speeding because the signs reduce the speed limit from 55 to 35, and they conveniently monitor the traffic at that spot. Anyway, Scott arranged for it to be changed to a parking ticket, not a cheap one, but at least no points. He was very pleasant to work with, and the fee was more reasonable than anyone else. Thank you!
