If you have to battle traffic court in NY, I highly recommend this gentlemen. Incredible service with a more than satisfying outcome. I have spent over $100K+ on legal fees in my life and by far this is the best money I have ever spent on legal representation.

Had hired her for the purchase of my house 2 years ago. I had to let her go and change lawyer because after a month she had no even done anything with the closing contract. She was useless, arrogant and incompetent.Be very careful before signing a retainer with her .This is how she makes her money.

Unfortunately I found myself in a situation in which I required a lawyer. My wife had used Scott Russell in the past and I remembered how helpful, friendly and professional he was regarding her case. Scott was extremely helpful in keeping me updated throughout the entire process and explained things in terms I understood. Scott was even able to make sure I didn't have to miss a day of work and go to the courthouse. I hope I never require an attorney in the future but if I do I will be sure to give Scott a call.

I Can say this Scott Russell works very hard for his clients. I used Mr. Russell for a case I had in an adjoining county and he worked very hard to get me a fair and reasonable plea bargan that I was more than happy to accept. I found him to not only be dedicated and hardworking for his clients but looks out for their best interest. I highly reccomend using his services
