I got a speeding ticket on the way to my daughter’s college for the parent weekend. It was the first time driving by myself in NY state for long hours in the dark and I’m totally not familiar with the surroundings. The ticket was issued in half way and about 2.5 hours away from my home… It really ruined my days. As a mom with sports kids and busy working schedule, it sounds not possible for me to appear in the court 2.5 hours away.
