I can't say enough about Steven and his team. After weeks of searching for someone to represent us with a residential property issue I came across him and his firm. I immediately received a response to my email and a consultation was set up. What a relief to me and my family. That was just the beginning. From the moment my siblings and I walked into the office for our consultation we felt welcomed and put at ease. Steven gave us his honest opinion and advice on how we should proceed. After years of hearing from our old attorney that we couldn’t remove a drug addicted tenant who overdosed on average of four or five times a year where emergency services had to be called and would be up all night pacing the floor keeping the resident below from getting a good nights sleep, I hired Steven to examine the problem. Within four months the tenant was gone. Steven was also able to remove another problem tenant who lived here for at least ten years and who broke into another unit on more than one occasion. Steven responds to my emails the same day or at the latest the next day. Both I and the Board of Managers couldn’t be happier with Steven’s knowledge, ability, and performance.
