After an extensive research and dissatisfied consultation with a couple of lawyers, I came across with Steve Riebling at Riebling, Proto and Sach LLP in Whiteplains and decided to see him for a consultation. I was very happy that I did. Mr. Riebling was very professional and very knowledgeable with the family law and the court procedures. He listened attentively to my situation and explained the law and the steps for child modification petition and what I would expect. I was very anxious about starting the process but he really put me at ease. I hired him right after the initial consultation. Mr. Riebling filed the necessary paperwork right away, and i received a letter from the court for a scheduled court date within a week. Before the court date, Mr. Riebling would always return my phone calls in a timely manner and addressed all my concerns. My ex and I were able to reach an agreement in the end, the case was settled on the court date without any drama or surprises, but if it wasn't for Mr. Riebling's smart strategy and experiences, the settlement might not have happened on the court date, it would probably linger for another few months. Besides great services and staffs, Mr. Riebling's rate is very reasonable and pretty standard, not to mention the half hour consultation was free! i strongly suggestion this law firm if you need help to address your post divorce issues. I hired this firm when I was arrested and charged with felony assault & criminal possession of a weapon in the Westchester County Court. Stephen Riebling represented me throughout the case and during the trial. He handled every aspect of my case professionally and was incredibly attentive to me, my family and my case. Received speeding ticket on Sprain Brook Parkway. The officer said they clocked me doing 85mph in a 55mph limit zone. Stephen explained that was cause for 6 points on my license. I did search for prospective lawyers. Stephen was the only lawyer who proposed closing with no points on my license!!!! AND HE DID!!!!

After three other law firms told me they would not be able to help with a traffic violation issued on the NYS thruway, (they said the village where I needed to appear was very difficult to deal with) Mr. Riebling agreed to represent me and said they would do their best. Their 'best' was beyond my expectations, as my summons was dismissed and I did not even have to appear in court. Great job.

I can't say enough about Mr. Riebling and his law firm. They are professional and extremely helpful. I got answers to some very difficult questions and sometimes I didn't like what I was hearing. But the job of your lawyer is to tell you the truth and work with you to figure things out. He certainly did that. When I heard the outcome of my case, I literally started to cry. "Not Guilty" the greatest two words that I ever heard and it was all because of Mr. Riebling. He was amazing in court and did everything that he could to help me and my family.
