Steve Hymowitz was prodigious in his efforts to advocate my bicycle accident case in Rockland County. Throughout the 5 year process, Steve displayed compassion, understanding patience and tireless energy. His New City office staff including Martha Agis was highly professional. Gregg Coffey made the process of creating our Will quick (to me) and straightforward. He asked very detailed questions about our wishes. It was apparent that he wanted to guide us in the best way possible. Our concerns and questions were addressed and explained in clear detail. Gregg even spent time answering questions not related to our current Will; we were not made to feel the least bit rushed. When we had to make a revision a month or so later, it was an easy experience, and again, Gregg went through the documents thoroughly with us. The office exhibits a friendly and professional manner. His assistant, Ruth, goes above and beyond to the point of contacting us after hours to ensure that we receive notice of probability of appointment change due to Gregg having to be in court. This firm makes a difficult task painless and stress-free!
