I would like to thank and publicly acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Golland. My daughter was recently in a 4 car accident in NY and was given several citations. Jay Golland was a consummate professional and gentleman from the moment that I hired him until my case went to court. Having been driving for 30 years and never having had to go to traffic court, I was shocked and didn't know what to expect, so as you might imagine I was quite nervous. I picked Jay after reading a series of positive reviews, and I'm glad that I did! Jay always answered any question that I had for him, and he was never too busy for me. He and I worked as a team to strengthen my case, and I have to say that he must be one of the most accessible and kind lawyers I could have worked with. My case went to court today, and Jay reduced a potential 5-point penalty to ZERO points and the minimum fee! I could have ended up paying dearly for what I frankly thought were decidedly trumped up charges, and Jay immediately went to my defense, making what was a frightening experience at first become much more manageable. Thank you, Jay Golland! Thank you not only for your legal council, but for helping me through a difficult time that I hope never to experience again. You are a credit to your profession.

I have had Mr. Golland represent me numerous times for everything from traffic tickets to home purchasing. He is knowledgeable, patient and super at his job. My whole family uses him for all our legal needs!

When I got myself into a serious legal issue (stupid on my part) I needed a very good lawyer. A family member asked friends who work in the court house and the name Ricki Berger was repeated over again. I went to see her and she couldn't be nicer to me and knew exactly how to deal with the problem. Long story short she got a few of the chargers dismissed. (Thank You) But what I liked about her she is a kind and nice person. None of that "nasty" lawyer talk or "condescending talk" .
