Jay represented me in court for a 6 point traffic violation. He was very responsive and guided me through every step of the process. He took all of the stress out of a very stressful situation. He carefully explained all potential outcomes of the court hearing. I was so thrilled when the outcome resulted in a 0 point violation and a payable traffic fine! He is truly a miracle worker! This was my first time being involved in a lawsuit so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was definitely nervous but from the beginning Matt Rice and paralegal Cindy Rivera put me at ease.
