Matt Rice, with the assistance from his paralegal Cindy Rivera, worked on my Personal Injury case, from the initial filings through Settlement. They were very diligent in all aspect of the case. My wife and I had a complicated personal injury claim, due to previous medical issues my wife had experienced. Rob Fellows and his paralegal Yaniris did an amazing job contacting past doctors and surgeons, making it clear to them how their testimony was important to our case. When we faced a possible dismissal of the case, Mr. Fellows set up a mediation with a retired judge, and we settled very favorably that day. If you have a local issue, Mr. Fellows has a fabulous reputation in the county, and serves as the president of the Rockland Bar Association (not sure if that's the right title).
