I wanted to publicly say thank you to the attorney Steve and paralegal Lynn for all of your hard work and efforts with my case. It settled at more than I had expected and they did all of the legwork throughout the process. They always called and emailed me with updates along with exceptionally quick responses to any questions. The process overall was effortless and painless (the only pain endured was thru my accident). My mother had an accident several years ago and referred me to Steven and his law firm. She had such a great experience which made it an easy decision for me. If anyone is looking for a good attorney and lawfirm that will work hard for you, keep you in the loop every step of the way, handle your case with honesty & integrity and most importantly fight to get you top dollar... then I highly recommend Fellows Hymowitz Rice. Barry D Haberman Law Office is a shame in the practice of law . Barry D Haberman is incompetent, dishonest, malicious, failed in every turn, confused the law and does not deserve a license to practice law in the state of New York. He accepted to represent me in a civil rights case matter. He was never prepared for the process, always late, had a student named Zachary King work on this case. The law firm missed deadlines, ignored ethical rules and caused extreme financial hardship on me and made it shameful on the legal system. It is unfortunate that someone like this has a professional license to practice law .

I honestly can say one of the best attorneys around. he works hard an fights only for the best for his clients. he's a very nice an respectable guy. Also the team is absolutely fantastic!! if you ever get into a accident or have any injuries case. Mr.Matthews hymowitz rice is the best attorney for you!! Hands down!!!

I honestly don't believe there is a better attorney out there than Rob Fellows. I have worked with other attorneys and Rob is absolutely the best. I was referred through family, and now having had completed a 2nd case, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Both instances Rob went above and beyond to obtain the best possible outcome for me and my family. He ended up getting a settlement far exceeding my expectations, and worked with me despite my shortcomings. His staff Susan and Carol were both caring and understanding. I have complete confidence in Rob and would never call anyone else.

Rob and his assistant Yaniris were so great throughout this whole process. They kept us informed and answered all our questions. It was a hard time and they truly made me feel comfortable the entire time. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!
