I cannot say enough about Spencer Lauterbach and his team. Spencer represented me in the sale of my home which unfortunately had to be a short sale. Spencer and Tricia are extremely knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire process which at times were daunting. Spencer sat with me and went through the pros and cons of a short sale, offered advice, and ultimately the decision was mine to make. They were so organized and kept me up-to-date on any developments. Closing took a little less than an hour which was remarkable! I have complete confidence in The Lauterbach Law Firm and will continue to use their services when needed.

As a single mom and a first time buyer and I was purchasing a foreclosure Spencer Lauterbach was highly recommended. I was told that he had experience with foreclosures. Well did I give him a challenge on a foreclosure of a co-op now own by a bill collecting agency from out of state. He always took my calls and he did whatever it took to close.
