I cannot say enough about Spencer Lauterbach and his team. Spencer represented me in the sale of my home which unfortunately had to be a short sale. Spencer and Tricia are extremely knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire process which at times were daunting. Spencer sat with me and went through the pros and cons of a short sale, offered advice, and ultimately the decision was mine to make. They were so organized and kept me up-to-date on any developments. Closing took a little less than an hour which was remarkable! I have complete confidence in The Lauterbach Law Firm and will continue to use their services when needed.

As a single mom and a first time buyer and I was purchasing a foreclosure Spencer Lauterbach was highly recommended. I was told that he had experience with foreclosures. Years ago, Beldock's law firm handled an especially difficult case for us. When a member of our family was struck by an intoxicated driver while he was trying to help a stranded driver. Beldock's team handled this case with the utmost professionalism and respect for the family. Communication was easy and they kept us informed along the long process. They were always on top of any detail and always felt that they were acting in our best interests. They were able to secure a judgement against the driver to make sure that our family was taken care of. Thanks again guys.
