He was hired by my brother to settle my parents estate. So far we have seen nothing but lies. We were promised a quick settlement. A year later nothing is done. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. As far my sister I can see he is aiding my Brother Michael Hoblin steal from my parents Estate. Even though he is paid by the estate he will not give us any information. Even information he has promised to send numerous times Part 2. Here we go again. My brother, who is the executor on my parent's estate, refuses to fire them. They overcharge, don't return phone calls or correspondence and accomplish very little. Well, other than billing. Most recently I was promised my mother's engagement ring. I was told it was coming . I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend. Surprise, it never came. Now they wanted a check. I reiterate. They are crooks. All they do is bill with no results. They are greedy, hurtful and inhuman. My girlfriend new the ring was coming. So, they not only hurt me . They hurt her. I am shocked they are allowed to practice law.
