For those looking for an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and attentive attorney, I cannot stress enough how exceptional Brian Berkowitz was when I retained his services. My son received a speeding ticket while up visiting friends. Not knowing any attorneys in the area, I relied heavily on research and Google reviews to obtain counsel for my son. My sons uncle and father are both attorneys, so I knew exactly what to look for when speaking with an attorney for the first time. Brian Berkowitz has integrity and he will not mislead you in any manner. He does not give you a sales pitch just to obtain your business. His fee is fair and reasonable, and he works quite hard to make sure you can receive the best outcome possible. He stayed in constant communication with us, returning calls and responding to emails in a timely manner. He was able to handle the case without my son driving out of town to appear in court. We were so pleased with his services. My son received a fine with zero points. I could not have asked for a better outcome! If you’re looking for an exceptional attorney, then I urge you to re-read my review and call Brian. Don’t allow yourself to be swayed by other attorneys who advertise “ guaranteed to get you a certain result or your money back.” The fact is, there are no guarantees when you go to court. Serendipitously found Mr. Berkowitz during a Google search to deal with a speeding ticket and was extremely happy with the outcome of our work together. He was friendly, easy to talk to, readily available for questions (even while on vacation!), fairly priced, gave helpful advice, and handled my case in a professional manner. Hopefully I won't need his services in the near future, but will certainly use him again if needed, and would highly recommend him to others.

It was my first time getting a speeding ticket and I was so confused on what to do. I was ready to go as guilty and pay for it. One call to Brian and everything changed. He had no problem talking to me and giving me his opinion and spending time with me even though I said I might go for another office, he still wanted what was best for me. Brian was amazing and super responsive. He got my ticket down from a 6 point offense to ZERO points! Unbelievable end result. He was quick to respond to my initial query and take on my case. I've had the good fortune of retaining "Brian Berkowitz" , in regards to a Legal matter.
