I can’t say enough good things about the law office of Alden B Smith! Not only is Alden fantastic, but so is his paralegal Jennifer as well! Together they respond quickly and knowledgeably to all your questions and concerns. We chose Alden due to his vast knowledge and incredible work ethic! He was our lawyer in both the buying and selling of our home, and let me just say, if it wasn’t for him I have no idea how both transactions would have went through! He saw us completely through two horribly difficult transactions! So many snags along the way in trying to both sell and purchase our new home, but Alden fought aggressively and consistently for our rights and best interest! One of the best aspects about Alden is that (and I honestly don’t know how he does it) he keeps on top of everything very precisely and diligently! You never have to worry if Alden has followed up on something or taking the appropriate next step! He is already two steps ahead of anything you can think of or worry about! And if you are busy and quite forgetful like me, Alden is always there to make sure your on top of everything you need to be and at the right time! Attorney Alden Smith and his paralegal are awesome to work with. Atty. Smith is so knowlegeable about the law; he knows aspects of the law and case law that other attorneys do not. He researches and thinks about every aspect of the case. There are so many run-of-the-mill, average lawyers out there who don't research thoroughly and charge enormous money to arrive at the incorrect legal conclusion; Alden Smith is thorough and conscientious and I am very pleased with the work he did on my behalf.
