People often say that you don’t get all that you need the first time you purchase a home, but that is not the case for me. There are indeed outliers to that logic… As a young, first-time home buyer, I am proud to say that I closed on a property that I am content with. The mortgage is affordable, I am comfortable, and it feels like home. I definitely could not have done it without Felicia’s help! She was very patient and went through each contract page by page with my mom and I, thoroughly explaining contract after contract - especially because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. When I was finally satisfied and decided to close on my new home, Felicia prepared a purchaser’s rider contract to ensure that I was protected given that we were in the midst of a global pandemic! Felicia Hirshfeld helped us with our closing on our co-op when we sold it. Through out the whole process, she communicated with us. She was always helpful with any questions we had. Selling a co-op is hard enough but she assisted us through out the closing process. Even with the pandemic, she made it easy for us. She’s very professional and responsive whenever we call or e-mail her. Will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

I am writing to thank Ms Felicia Hirshfeld for providing,professional, good quality, dedicated and understandable legal assistant to my daughter and i. As a first time home buyer we were lead to buy a big peice of junk that someone called a house, looked good on the outside and we loved it, but after Ms Hirshfeld read the Inspection report, and pointed out all the problems and harzards, we retreated fast. She stood up for us as if we were her own family member, Ms Hirshfeld values her client, she returns every call, answers all our questions clearly. There were time when we were confused with Bankers request, and language in the contract, Ms. Hirshfeld go through the contract line by line ,leaf by leaf and explained every thing to us. We felt safe and secure with her being our Lawyer, our closing date and time was kind of late (on Bankers side) but we didnt worry about one thing ,because with a lawyer like Ms Hirshfeld you can rest assure that everthing will be done properly. I highly recommend Felicia Hirshfeld. My husband and I were having problems with obtaining all the necessary documents being requested by our lender. Felicia spent many, many hours and days working with our lender, the title company and the seller's attorney to get the needed information, all while keeping us informed on a regular basis. Thanks to her perseverance, I am happy to say that my husband and I are now happily settled in our new home.
