I hired James Sexton when I was going through a nasty divorce. He was my only hope during this dark time. He was always there to reassure me when things got tough. He fought every challenge that was thrown his way and won. In court and out. He delivered on his promises. His staff is amazingly nice and and helpful.

Mr. Sexton is excellent at what he does. He is warm, compassionate, and most importantly knows and understands people. He knows when to interject during mediation and when to allow you to negotiate on your own. He is empahetic- he knows and appreciates how trying and difficult this processing is and can be. And he always acknowledged both sides of our point of view and made recommendations on each of our account. Without Mr. Sexton, we would without a doubt be in a nasty court battle. Look no further.

I had a consult with James Sexton on February 13th and felt he understood my needs as a client. He is very knowledgeable. I hired his firm on March 7th and am working with them on my existing case. When I had to file for my divorce I didn't know where to start. Finding a reliable, honest and dedicated attorney is not an easy task. He was hired by my brother to settle my parents estate. So far we have seen nothing but lies. We were promised a quick settlement. A year later nothing is done. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. As far my sister I can see he is aiding my Brother Michael Hoblin steal from my parents Estate. Even though he is paid by the estate he will not give us any information. Even information he has promised to send numerous times Part 2. Here we go again. My brother, who is the executor on my parent's estate, refuses to fire them. They overcharge, don't return phone calls or correspondence and accomplish very little. Well, other than billing. Most recently I was promised my mother's engagement ring. I was told it was coming . I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend. Surprise, it never came. Now they wanted a check. I reiterate. They are crooks. All they do is bill with no results. They are greedy, hurtful and inhuman. My girlfriend new the ring was coming. So, they not only hurt me . They hurt her. I am shocked they are allowed to practice law.

Mr Sexton Help me with a prenup,before I got married .I found Jim very straightforward, knowledgeable and direct. He takes the complexity out of the equation so any required action is easy to understand and resolve. I found him to be incredibly responsive and accurate to any requests for action. Additionally, his calm, patient and self-assured manner makes him a pleasure to work with. Jim will have all of my future business.
