Took thousands $$$ from me back in ‘04, then walked off my case because I needed to continue paying him in installments, as I simply didn’t have that much cash left on hand. He knew I was good for every penny but preferred to leave me holding a very heavy bag rather than doing the right thing by helping me. Our Rabbi and mutual accountant both called him a crook and told me it was a mistake to retain him. I’m still reeling over what he did to me.

I had to go through a very difficult and long custody battle. Patricia Gunning was my lawyer throughout the whole process. She helped me with EVERYTHING! Her experience and patience helped me feel confident every time I walked into the court room. She even listened to me vent about all the issues I was having with my daughters father. After two and a half years we got everything I asked for. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I made the error in hiring Koplen. He is a one man office who charges you $500.00 an hour for him to enter data. He literally forwarded me inquiries for the IDI a and 341 meetings hours before the IDI meeting and 1 1/2 days before the 341. Totally incompetent. He had the request for a MONTH. And we withdrew before anything started… he ruined my credit. He was forced to return the retainer conflict of interest…. Keep away from this charlatan Benjamin
