The Hirshfeld and Hirshfeld law office practice was and has been incredible. Timely response, great knowledge of the law, fair and honest communication. Mr. Hirshfeld and his staff always made sure I knew what was happening throughout the entire process. They made great recommendations and always made sure I was protected. This was the first time I've ever had an attorney where I felt like I had someone in MY corner, rather than someone who was just "representing" me. If you need an attorney that really has your best interest in mind and will be guide you in the right direction, look no further than Hirshfeld and Hirshfeld.

I hired William's law office to handle my child support order, paying in full upfront. Despite waiting four weeks, the petition was never prepared, and I received no updates. After two months of unreturned calls and emails, I canceled my case and requested a full refund. Initially, they agreed, but the refund check was never received. Eight months later, I'm still trying to resolve this issue, with no solution or communication from William's office. I strongly advise against using their services.

I’m to the point of finding a new lawyer. Mr. William has yet to get anything done during my divorce and it’s been going on for months. They forgot to send over paperwork to me as promised only to find out he will be gone yet again for another couple of weeks. I barely hear from him the only time I can get in contact with anyone is through his staff. I’m truly disappointed in this company and do not recommend.

Bill and his team arent equip to handle complex divorces, if you have financial parts to your divorce ( which most do) look for another firm. I was represented by Bill who I often couldn't find and wouldnt answer the phone , except when my invoice was due. He's not an attorney that can fight a good fight, doesnt do things till the last minute and doesnt keep good records on your case. If you want to win your divorce, look else where
