I was contacted by Mr. Hirshfeld after posting my case for a attorney on Legal match. He had a phone consultation with me, as I reside in another state. He used his time to listen to my situation, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He provided me with free advice, and and was honest enough to let me know that I did not need to hire a attorney for my situation. This sort of kindness is hard to come by anymore. Although I did not hire Mr. Hirshfeld, I would not hesitate to in the future should the need arise.

Bill represented me in family/custody case. He had trouble understanding the situation and he did not remember a thing that he did not write down. He also charged me for the frequent times he had to review his notes because he did not remember anything. please save yourself time and money and find another lawyer.

I signed a retainer w/Mr. Hirshfeld in January of 2012 relative to filing on a personal injury suit. During the ensuing time there was little or no contact made by this man and phone calls were answered only by staff. After 8 months I've yet to have anything concrete accomplished and wonder whether there was any work at all done on my case. I really have no idea what the problem is that he has not been responsive. But I'm in the process of signing with another attorney - one I KNOW for sure will give it the attention it warrants.
