I contacted Brian's office through the website and in less than 5min he gave me a call. Even though he does not provide service in the borough I needed help with, he still connected me with another attorney who could help me with my case.
It's my first time needing help with an attorney, I contacted multiple law firms and not one were as formidable and as helpful as Brian.

He successfully negotiated a six-point speeding ticket into a no-point parking ticket annd actually managed to reduce the fee for the parking ticket as well. He knows his business well, and is friendly, patient, and highly professional. He takes care of everything. Overall, it was a very nice experience working with him and I’d happily seek out his services again should the need arise.

Great lawyer! He was very communicative and kept me in the loop the entire process. He helped me bring down my speeding ticket to a parking ticket. As someone who is from out of state and unsure about the entire process, I could not ask for a better lawyer.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Berkowitz. He is very responsive. Due to Covid, there was extensive delay in court. He had been e-mailing me updates regarding the case and successfully reduced the violation to a parking violation. The whole process was smooth and stress free.

I received a speeding ticket for driving way over the speed limit. I contacted Mr. Berkowitz as my family recommended him. When I called, he picked up the phone right away and explained my options. I decided to let him represent me in court which was the right move. Mr. Berkowitz was able to get the ticket dismissed! Saved me points and lots of $$$! I will absolutely contact him if I need representation in the future.
