Wowow, I really got helped,

My minor son got a ticket for a moving violation in NY State in July 2022. I searched online and contacted a few law firms and finally spoke with Mr. Zev Goldstein who took his time to listen to me and then assured me that he could help. Mr. Goldstein was quite confident that he will be able to get the moving violation reduced to a parking ticket. He started working on the matter as soon as I signed the retainer and paid his fees. Mr. Goldstein wrote a letter to the court within days and got confirmation from the court that the pleas was accepted for review. It did take some time for court to make a decision, almost 6 months, but when it did, the decision was as expected - reduction of violation to Stop/Parking. A $100.00 fine was imposed that I paid right away. My main concern was that my son's still a rookie driver and have 6 months remaining before his DL becomes permanent. Mr. Goldstein has confirmed there will be zero points and the violation will not show on the driving record. Thanks Zev!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review but under the circumstances I thought it would be appropriate, Mr. Goldstein should change his name to Magic Miracle Worker. If you ever need an attorney this is the man to hire !!!!!! I can’t thank him enough for what he did for my son. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars heck 50 stars wouldn’t be enough. Attorney Zev Goldstein was a mentch and took care of my ticket

I just had my ticket ‘dismissed’ through Zev. I don’t know what magic he used but my court case was at a Brooklyn location, which is known to be not easy.. I called Zev, he took the case and a day later I get an Email from Zev that my tickets got dismissed!! I’m very happy and I would recommend his team to everyone looking for an easy process, he’s not expensive, very very friendly, knows the system well.. and always does a great job. I was recently in a bad situation which had lingered for several years and was referred to Mr. Goldstein. I was ambivalent to let him do his work and not show up to court, but honestly he made it so easy for me. He did better for me than I could have done for myself. As stubborn as I am did finally listen to what was recommended. I let go and let Zev... and it worked better than I could have hoped for. He got me four points on my license when I was facing something around 14 or 15 points. He was direct. He did not waste his time, and he got the job done. And he was honest. Would recommend him unhesitatingly.
