I talked to several lawyers that could handle a speeding ticket from New City, they wanted a crazy price. I had already reviewed my case with a lawyer in Manhattan who could not handle my case, but indicated the prices were too high and recommended using AVVO to research and request a lawyer at a lower price. After several calls, I selected Zev Goldstein as he could provide the same service with the same possible outcome as all the other lawyers I spoke with at less than half the price . I received a 6 point speeding ticket, that I did not feel was justified. Mr. Goldenstein provided a quote less than half the price of other lawyers. His staff collected the information on his behalf. I hired The Law office of Zev Goldstein in October as I was stopped for not changing lanes when a police car is on shoulder. I was not familiar with that law being from out of state. Allan contacted me by phone after I sent them an email about my violation. He explained plainly and clearly what their fees were, and what outcome I should expect, and what to expect should I just plead guilty on the ticket. I decided to go with the Zev Goldstein firm, and they kept me up to date every step of the way. They handled my case professionally, and I got the outcome based on their experience and knowledge of NY state. Reasonable rates as well.

Zev Goldstein was amazing! Two tickets of five points each down to zero points! He represented me for a cell phone ticket, and I happened to have another cell phone ticket pending in that same court, and he did the one I hired him for and the other one free of extra charge at the same time!

I received a speeding ticket while passing through NY. 8 Points and fines. Zev was able to reduce my points to 2 with a non speeding violation, therefore making sure my insurance would not increase also. My costs were $350 to Zev and $243 in fines + certified mail charges.
