Brad and Jeff made this tough process a bit more bearable. It's helpful to have a social worker and a lawyer on the same mediation team, as each is able to address different issues that arise in a divorce. We highly recommend their services.

They were very attentive, thorough, and caring. They walked us through all the possible scenarios and made sure we had a full understanding of everything. They made what can be an unpleasant experience, at worst, tolerable, and at best pretty decent. I'd recommend them to anyone considering mediation.

Enough praise cannot be heaped on the professional, detail oriented, and logically sound work Jonathan Roman and his team do. For those considering a lawyer and thinking they need a specialist based in the 5 boroughs, Jon Roman's team helped me, a first time condo buyer, close on my Brooklyn condo (i.e. apartment) that was a new construction. (New builds are particularly tricky, especially so in NY state.) Jonathan's team handled it incredibly well. Jon's fees are incredibly reasonable, and with the amount of running back and forth to all the closings and appointments he has, its a wonder he has the time to take all my calls and texts (as other reviewers here have noted). Jon came to me by a word of mouth referral from my highly rated real estate agent, and so too seems most of Jon's book of business: a testament to his professionalism and commitment to quality RE Law for the little guys. In the world of greater NY where shady men abound, Jon's resilience in continuing to help us (I don't know how a major international law firm hasn't poached him up yet) is to be admired.

We used Jonathan as our lawyer in the purchase of our first home. We can not sing his praises enough. He was timely, always got back to our texts no matter what time it was. He impressed us because we had a an issue with the sellers lawyer and Jonathan stayed past our appointment time till 7 at night to ensure everything was done correctly. He then followed up the next day to give us updates. He is through and explains everything pre and post-closing. If you want someone who is vested in your transaction and knowledgeable, we highly recommend Jonathan.

Brad and Jeff are a perfect mediation team. Brad is very good at solving the numbers issues and Jeff is very good with the emotional aspect of everything. They make mediation an enjoyable experience as they are very good at compromising and getting the couple to compromise. It was so lucky to know and work with Roman during purchasing my first house. He is really responsive and willing to help on all my step and I am very impressed. If someone is looking for great lawyer for purchasing house, I will strongly recommend Roman to everyone 👍 (even my loan broker accompanied with me during closing, she said she never seen like this amazing lawyer while she's working in this field for about 30 years 😀 )

Sadly after we closed we realized there was a major miss relating to our survey of which Jonathan Roman as our attorney did not advise us. While Jonathan was very personable during our purchase, after the discovery of this problem, Jonathan, without warning would not return our calls. Both my husband and I have tried calling for counsel on what to do and Jonathan has completely ghosted us. We are extremely disappointed with this unprofessionalism. I would NOT recommend him. If there is a problem, he will not be there which is what one hires an attorney to do.

Selling and buying a home is one of the top stresses you will deal with in your lifetime. But Jonathan Roman and his team made this smooth and painless. All questions were answered and I knew he was thorough and detailed for both the buying and selling I just completed. I cannot thank him enough and you would be lucky to have him represent you.

I worked with John piccinnini for a couple of months and I could honestly say he is and awesome person to have on your side when going through a house buying processes when my first deal feel though he didn't give up on me like I wanted to he told me keep on looking which I did and I finally got into my new home John ALWAYS responded to ALL of my calls and messages ALLWAYS kept me in the loop with what was going on with my deal and once he doesn't feel comfortable with something especially if it's in a contract he will be all the way for you until it's right that's what I loved about him he is a great attorney that wouldn't send you down the wrong path I would be referring him to a lot more people trust me thanks again John for everything from my family and I!!!!!!!!
