Honestly, this is probably attorneys I’ve ever had not only did he answer all my questions but most of all was honest and straightforward.

As I over heard Melvin on a phone call in the hallway during a 1yr old birthday party, I couldn't help myself but to listen in on the conversation. This was on a Saturday evening. After he finished answering questions and making sugestions, I realized this person is of high value, because he spoke with confidence, experience and was very knowledgeable. After he finished, I introduced myself as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and he said , he's a real estate attorney and then gave me a card. He also mentioned that he's a real estate investor. I look forward to working with Melvin in 2024 on some real estate deals...TBC
