We hired Jessica to close our home and she made it as painless as possible for us. Took care of everything before we even asked. We then hired her to do a family members estate. They said it was the best decision they made. Will definitely be using her again

I had hired Jessica for a closing in 2016 and I was totally dissatisfied. When called she rarely answered her phone and when she got back to me she would ask if I had new information based on information my realtor gave me. She doesn’t follow up on anything and although I wasn’t able to close, she charged me a hefty fee. I actually know someone who recently used her with the same result of her unavailability when called. I would not recommend her.

This was my first time buying a home and Jessica was recommended to us. She did a great job and would always get back to me in a timely manner. If I had any questions, she would always get back to me as soon as she could, if not the same day. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants to hire her services. She is very kind and helpful.

She is very warm, kind, and friendly. However, if issues arise Jessica is exactly the kind of lawyer you want in your corner. She is firm and tough exactly when she needs to be! If you're looking to save money this is not the person you should go to - find someone, she upcharges everything and doesn't care about anything excepts getting her money.

We hired Jessica Rekhi to represent us as buyers on a deal of a house on recommendation of the real estate agent we were working with. It was a big mistake to hire her. It was almost impossible to reach her on the phone. She never returned her phone calls on time. I could not reach her even after calling 15 times. Her advice seem to always favor the sellers. It seemed that though we hired her to represent our interests she had seller's interests above ours. We always had to get a second opinion on whatever she advised. We could never trust her. Absolutely untrustworthy. Finally we had to call off the deal and get our deposit back. She decided to charge us $650 for the disservice and held the deposit check as collateral to get the $650 fees from us. Buying a home is a huge investment do not risk your lifetime investment by hiring unreliable professional like Jessica.

I consulted Jessica for the purpose of my property closing and legal paper works. It was nice experience. She did her job perfectly. I got immediate responds when ever I had a questions. I really appreciate for clearing the doubts. Thank you.

Used Jessica for an estate and real estate deal combo and was super impressed! I found her to be very communicative and the office staff to be pleasant. The process is very stressful but I felt guided by Jessica's calm demeanor and expertise. I hired Jessica for a home closing based on my broker's recommendation. Initially it was a good sales pitch with what she would do for me. But a couple of things to be wary of if you end up working with her: - Hidden Pricing. Be sure to get her initial estimate in writing, with clarity on what additional fees she "may charge"; or be prepared for extra charges at your bill at closing. - Undisclosed Partners. She casually asks if she can "pull a title report" - and next thing you know there is a bill for many thousands of dollars that you are accountable for. - Unclear Knowledge. While many home contracts are boiler-plate, it's assumed that your lawyer knows them in and out. When asking her questions, she would often say " Oh this is standard", without really explaining what that meant. At my closing, there were multiple times she asked the sellers attorney for clarity in the contract, whereas she should know and be able to tell me.
