All staff were extremely professional and personable. Cheryl made numerous phone calls to check on my well being and ensure everything was organized. Stefan additionally was very thorough, and I felt as though he was truly vested in my case. This even included a call on a weekend during his family time to ensure that my questions were answered. Upon being injured in an unfortunate motorcycle accident back in August 2018 and suffering 3 fractures in my left leg, the idea of seeking compensation for the negligence of the driver who t-boned me admittedly didn’t arise until a close friend brought it up a few days later. To be frank, I am incredibly grateful that I did. By the end of the lawsuit (which was wrapped up in about 6 months), the sum I received was far in excess of what I originally anticipated and would have been satisfied with. God forbid another like-mishap occurs in the future, I know I’ll have Cohen and Jaffe on my side and that is supremely comforting! Their team is professional, fantastic, and you will not be disappointed.
