He is an absolute magician when it comes to immigration law. Would win even the most unwinnable cases. Thank you for all the good advice, and I apologize in advance for the calls and emails that will keep on coming.

My husband and I engaged Ariel Alarcon to apply for US residency for my young step daughter and bring her to the US. Mr Alarcon came highly recommended by a colleague of ours who had employed his legal services successfully for many of his family members. My husband and I are ecstatic to say our daughter arrived in under a year and in time for Christmas 2021 because of the incredible skill, attention and care of Mr. Alarcon. Ariel and his firm have been working with my father for the past 15 years. My father had a deportation order which if anyone knows about immigration law, is an immensely difficult order to overturn. When I came to Mr. Alarcon I was attempting to get my American citizenship. Being from Cuba it should have been an easy process but it was complicated by a 30 year old felony conviction. Mr. Alarcon is a creative, dedicated, and effective attorney. My father's path to citizenship had a few roadblocks in the way than many other attorneys declined to even attempt to overcome. Mr. Alarcon approached every issue methodically and left no stone unturned until he felt like we had a reasonable path forward. He spent a lot of time making sure we were all well aware of the process as a whole and all possible issues. Even still, I was still in a bit of disbelief sitting at the naturalization ceremony.
