David Lacher represented me for the purchase of a co-op. David guided me through the entire process, and was very professional and quick to respond to my calls, text messages or emails. I will certainly hire him again when needed.

They are very efficient in handling your case. I'm changing this review to they are horrible. Roger Rice is a coward. Retired in the middle of my case. He cost me money because I had to get another attorney. He's a liar. Roger Rice. He might have cost me a settlement I was to receive. Pay back is coming my brother. Stay away from these cowards.. They are no good. God is still in charge and he hands out justice to those who do wrong. Trust me!!!

I went in seeking legal assistance from Mr. Rice Senior and I was forced to go Jared Rice. In the beginning everything was fine, until people started helping me realize that my lawyer was taking advantage of me. He was always rushing out after court and throughout the entire year the case was going on we spoke twice and talked about the case briefly. I was never informed of what my defense was. When I would ask for assistance pertaining to the case Jared response was “that’s not my job”. This man lives off the reputation of his parents! This is what I get for trying to support African American owned businesses. Most of the time in court Jared would sit on his phone looking through Facebook instead discussing the case with me. I was just lucky that the judge liked me, and he told everyone in the court he thought I was a very nice young lady. Jared try’s to take credit for that! But my family and myself knows otherwise. The straw that broke the Camel’s was when I had a court case recently and on the court notice it said he (Jared) was notified (Cc:) and he never showed up for court!!!!!!!!! Beware of this man!

I hired Mr. Lacher to represent me in the sale of a co-op. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the process to completion. I will use him again should the need arise and refer him to anyone I find to need his services!

Mr. Lacher is very courteous and professional. He knows what he is doing. He helped me though a situation and the out come was very pleasing. I will most certainly keep him as a contact, and will consult with him before anyone else.
