I worked with Milan on purchasing my first home. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient. The contract Milan negotiated with the seller seemed good and favorable for me in the areas that mattered to me (such as being able to exit out of the contract after a certain date if the seller is dragging their feet too much). The rest of the process was also smooth with no hiccups. On the day of closing Milan made the process very simple by giving a 5-second description of what each document was before telling us exactly where to sign. Also Milan responds to emails extremely quickly. On average I probably got a response in 5 minutes whenever I would email him with questions.
