My child visitation and custody case was very unique from the beginning. I live in CA, was summoned to court in NY, my child's father had been incarcerated for most of my son's life. This was not an easy case to take on, but Ms Buoneto - licensed in both NY and CA - fearlessly delved in to understand the full circumstance with the utmost professional, nonjudgmental, and empathetic manner. I felt like I had a true friend in NY going to bat for me in court. Ms Buoneto won the case for CA being the more convenient forum to hear the visitation case, and later helped me win full custody in CA with guidance from a CA colleague of hers. When my child's father petitioned for an appeal of jurisdiction, she helped negotiate the withdrawal of the appeal. Ms Buoneto is sharp, personable, and always available to discuss the case and her fees. I highly recommend Ms Buoneto!

I first meet Nanette 15 minutes before my hearing, my firm asked her to assist when they couldnt make the appearence.
