I was assaulted in June of 2021 and almost lost my life. With the bar I was at being partially to blame I looked for counsel to represent me with a case against them. I would then go through several lawyers that either put it on their backlog or flat out told me I didn’t have a case. Finally I landed with Leigh and he was able to turn my case into a significant settlement. Not only were they able to do this for me but they did it in a timely and professional manner. Trusting them, I had them also deal with a separate matter which they had helped turn out as good as the first issue. If you are looking for an attorney to waste your time and keep in the dark Dan Smyth. Throughout the whole process he has been VERY unprofessional and we spoke about the matter a handfull of times. I set up a schedule to receive updates because i wasnt receiving any communication he agreed although never called me after my initial call. When I called to ask why I hadnt been updated he denied ever setting it up and began to speak about his vacation which he was on from one week prior when i called him to set up updates it was 2 months prior he appoligized and said someone should've let me know afterwards he tells to find representation else where . I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR TIME WASTED DONT COME HERE.
