The staff was excellent each time I interacted with them. I gave three stars because my issues were not resolved . After my initial sign on l found the process was extremely slow and they were not transparent with their actual fees. They wanted me to sign on again with higher fees with that I declined their services.

Would not recommend did not remove anything to improve my score . Your just wasting money and time . Called customer service sounds like they are a call center India with no knowledge with credit repair . Save yourself the $130 a month and do it yourself

I utilized Mr. Peltz for my bankruptcy in February of 2020. Unfortunately Covid hit us all in a negative manner however, Mr. Peltz and his team were extremely professional, caring, patient and always communicating with me. I was finally discharged and Mr. Peltz made it extremely easy for me which was much appreciated.

Not a fan of them. Cost more in a year than my old debt I wanted removed. The people you talk to are all over seas and just talk in circles, literally just tel you to wait if you can understand them. You don’t see the letters they claim to send either
