Its a complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!! You think it will be positive because the present themselves as a law firm. They charged me around 139.99 a month and my credit went down instead of improving. Nothing has been removed and even though I cancelled last month they keep charging my card. I called them and they claim it was for some service they rendered but. I haven't seen an update on the main item i was concerned about since May. I called to ask about the charges and decided to cancel because I was not satisfied with how they responded so they tried to sell me a less expensive plan. If that was an option why wasn't I offered this lower price in the first place? You're better off doing it through credit Karma because they apparently do the same thing for free. If they were as aggressive with getting items removed as they are charging your card I'd be writing a very different review. They keep charging my card different amounts too. I just transferred money to pay a bill and they just charged my card $94.80 even though i clearly told the agent not to take anymore actions on my account and to cancel. I told an agent on the phone as well as a chat representative, on 7/25 i can look at my chat history and see this. I wish i never signed up for this service. complete waste of money no matter how they try to spin it. I told them i wanted to cancel by phone and through a chat representative more that once. Because i didn't want to keep going back and forth with them they kept my account open so they could charge me another month. even though when i log in it says my account is closed. What you do may be "legal" but your company is disgusting.

I was paying 135 month for them to take care of a credit fraud I had on my credit and after 8 months they did absolutely nothing! 1st you don’t get an attorney assigned to you, every time you call you have to explain why your calling cause they have no idea who you are, it’s always someone new. This is there strategy in order to milk you for a yr + DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU IT WILL BE 30 to 60 days!

Terrible customer service. They actually do nothing. Do NOT share your card details with them. They are forceful sales people on the line, that's it. They will lure you in w $15-20 report and then next you know they have charged your hundreds of dollars for 'credit repair'. Stay the hell away!

Still don’t know everything yet
