The service is terrible. They literally just send you emails stating that they are working on your case but literally they are just taking your money and telling you they have yet to get a response. I've been with them for 3 months and nothing negative was taken off, no changes to my score due to them. They promise once you sign up that you should see a change in 30-45 days but it's a lie.They also charge as a "water bill" as they like to say so they charge you for the work done the prior month and it's billed next month so they can keep your money if you cancel for the new month. In other words, I paid for three months and only received 2 months of terrible service. Then once I canceled yesterday after my third payment was literally taken out yesterday, they told me that my account is immediately closed and the money will not be refunded and they will not be working for the month of September on my behalf. The only benefit of the company is that you can see your fico score and that's about it. Save yourself the money and the headache and build it yourself. This company is just another set of crooks trying to take your money and give you promises without results. Also before you exit the company, they will offer refunding about 65% of the money and offer a lower pay for the same service for the next 2 months to keep you. If you can do this, I advise you, get as much refund as you can and then cancel the service and close the card. Worst company ever, W.O.R.S.T!!!

At first I thought it was going to be an unpleasant experience but with the help of Jeffrey P and Mr. Raul, in less than 6 months everything was working out, excellent service, very professional, 100% recommended.

I have dealt with this law firm before and I stop for my own personal reasons but they are very good they really can get the job done I would recommend them to anyone that's having credit problems
