I would highly recommend them to anyone! Such a great team! From the paralegal Javier, the secretary and the lawyer, Sebastian Simon, they are really great and friendly people. They are on top of everything. During our case Javier had an amazing communication with us to ensure that we had everything and understood what the next steps were. The team also makes the process from start to finish very easy and stress free which is a plus. I am very glad that my husband and I have chosen this law group! They are also flexible and very understanding of the situation that you are going through. Love them!

I'm very disappointed in the service they offer now. They once were a great company; however, now their services have fallen way short. You can't speak with anyone in real time for urgent questions; you have to schedule an appointment, and they are currently booked a week out. Additionally, when using the chat option, questions are not clearly understood, and I feel they are not reading the messages in detail. It's as if they reply with automated messages, which is very frustrating. I was also told in the chat by one of their advisors, that they are not able to tell which reports are negatively affecting my credit the worst. Which was mind boggling since they are a "credit repairing" company, and have had other companies in the past tell me. My husband and I are now looking for another credit repair company to help.
