My paralegal Peizhen was very professional and responsive thru the whole process. Only one thing I needed to mention for not giving a five star to the firm: They need to thoroughly check all the information on the whatever EAD card or other documents from the USCIS before sending them to the clients. My EAD card had the wrong picture and fingerprint on it but they didn't realize the info was wrong before sending it to me, and they asked me extra fee to file a request with USCIS. Overall it is a good experience working with NYIS Law Firm to get my green card. My case was kind of a special and weird one that the USCIS agent said he never seen such case thru out his 4-year career working for the office. I don't blame the law firm but only wanted to remind them to double or triple check clients' info to make sure everything is correct before sending it to the client so they don't waste time in the process of getting the green card.
