我2017年就开始找他们办理我的婚姻绿卡移民。我的律师名叫Chengping Su，英文名叫Vera.  由于律师的失职，在面试未通过后，我需要补充额外的资料，上面写明了需要提供certified 的文件，但最后却因为提供了uncertified的文件和晚提交了一天而被拒绝。而且在面试之前，律师要我们提供的资料非常少，以至于面试未通过。在面试过后，我试图去跟他们沟通我在面试中发生的情况，但他们也只是简单的说等补充材料下来，并没有去询问当时发生了什么情况。之后，我第一次联系我的律师（因为之前都只是跟他们的助手联系）和他们的经理，他们不仅没有承认他们的失误，反正还找各种理由和托词。之后通过商量，决定提交i290b，reopen case，但他们竟然还要收取我额外的费用$1500。我先不说他们的失误造成了我多大的焦虑与困境，也不说赔偿事宜，但他们竟然还要额外收取我1500的费用，我需要为他们的失误而买单？我很遗憾选了一家这么不负责任的公司，之后我会把整理好的资料上交到律师协会，希望他们可以给我一个说法。同时也提醒大家慎重选择这家，时刻跟踪自己的案子，不要太过于信任这家律师。

Adrian and his team have been super easy to work with throughout the entire process of getting a green card.
