I requested NYIS to help me file I-539 changing my current non-immigration status to USCIS.
The filing materials were prepared in time and the case got approved after a couple months from the time the filing package mailed to USCIS.
NYIS is pretty reliable along the way. It didn't take me much efforts or concerns to get the problem solved.
