Marisa is the best! We mistakenly believed we had to have a certain document prepared, but Marisa was the first lawyer we contacted that pointed out it's not necessary as we already had a copy in our offering plan. As someone who has consulted many lawyers that immediately want to charge a fee before dispensing any knowledge or advice, I find Marisa's approach to be a breath of fresh air. She makes it clear that she cares about her clients, prospective clients, and getting the best result over just making a quick buck. We will be calling Marisa with all our legal needs in the future.

I've been in tears with disblief!!! For Years now! I'm extremely disappointed with this Law firm!!! The first law firm Riech & Binstock told me that McDonald Worley would work on my IVC filter case.( I signed the paper work with they're advice)! This was in 2022, mind you Riech & Binstok took my case 1/16/17 😒 Since than it has been Terribleeee experience! Rarely any communication, there's times where I couldn't get anyone on the phone! Let alone answer a email! I'm not astute in lawsuits and such, all I know is I have a device in my body that shifted out of place! And was told that I would receive compensation for this incident. I'm on disability and have very little money to live on! I've prayed, hoped that there would be a resolve in this matter! That someone at this firm with heart n compassion, that would finalize my case... I have NO confidence any more in lawyers and firms!!!! You just can't trust anyone!!!! You're just treated like nobody! I TRULY REGRET USING THESE FIRMS! PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST! BEFORE YOU SELECT AN ATTORNEY! 🙏🙏😪😪😪💔💔

I was referred by a professional friend to this law firm. First the office staff almost always answered the phone and was always prompt and efficient (straight to the point). They did not put me on hold or waste my time. Then I had the fortune to talk to Ms. Wendy herself - several times - and each time I had urgent questions and did not schedule appointments. They are very accommodating and tried to get back to me quickly. The point is as a stranger and new client I can clearly tell she understands my legal business is important and I had no prior dealing business with her. So I see she understands very well the nature of this business (matrimonial court cases) and the emotional tolls such business takes on anyone (I would never want to go through this again...) and she treats all her clients' experiences seriously. She was making an effort to reach me and eager to hear what I have to tell her. Of course there is the financial responsibilities but for a reasonable rate her clients are getting so much more in return. After I called Ms. Wendy or she called me back we spoke a few times within a short period of time and even though she was not my attorney she did consultations for me on the side, I can only say I feel very very lucky that in my overall uncomfortable experience of the divorce case Ms. Wendy has been very helpful. She is a guide who knows the terrain well. Thank you again.

I sold my condo in Brooklyn, NY and Marisa represented me as the seller’s attorney. She did an excellent job guiding each step of the way. It was really crucial that she was fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and it was so easy to communicate with her in both languages. She answered all my questions via email, text and phone in a timely manner. She took extra patience and care dealing with our condo being in a Trust. We closed remotely in California, and she made sure to get us all the paperwork ahead of time so that we could close on schedule.
