Horrible communication. VERY lazy lawyer my entire 5 month case she sent maybe one or 2 emails if that. Had to fire her and go with another lawyer. If your looking for a lawyer who cares about what your going through definitely don’t go to her.

He walked me though a FINRA investigation and 2 FINRA arbitrations and obtained stellar results for me every time. I believe you should hire Rob Herskovits and his team with any kind of securities industry arbitration or regulatory investigation.

We hired Marisa as our attorney as a first time home buyer in NY. She is helpful and kind throughout the entire process, also she responds promptly to my emails and SMS texts.
During the transaction we had many unexpected situations: closing date delay, closing condition mismatch etc. Marisa communicated proactively on behalf of us, worked with the Seller attorney and the Bank side to resolve conflicts, and finally we got the house and we loved it!
