I give Rob Herskovits the strongest possible recommendation. He is an expert with legal matters pertaining to FINRA and the financial services industry. I am grateful that he was able to negotiate a favorable resolution for me with a FINRA disciplinary matter. It was clear to me that the FINRA lawyers respected Rob, and undoubtedly that helped bring about a favorable outcome. I feel fortunate to have had him by my side.

He was a horrible lawyer and over charged. I had to go to another lawyer to get my desired results because Alain was not working in my best interest. However he still demanded payment for something he did not do. He also almost ruined my case by sending his amateur colleague to my court date. He was stuttering in front of the judge and did not know one bit of information about me, however Alain explained to me that he was fully equipped for this situation and in fact he wasn’t. I’m very upset because even though I had to go to another lawyer to get my case closed, Alain still demanded a lump sum of money. Do not choose him as your lawyer unless you want to end up in a difficult situation.

Home buying process can be long and stressful. Marisa was with us every step of the way as our attorney. She is patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
