Luckily, I stumbled upon Marisa. She is professional, amicable and proficient at what she does. She took her time to explain in detail to me everything I needed to know. Marisa was easily reachable via phone, email or text. I tend to be the type A, anxious individual and I hate having to wait more than an hour for a reply and Marisa was a consummate professional in terms of that. Her knowledge of real estate law was impressive and knowing I had a competent advocate on my side put me at ease. Since my property was a new construction condo, we did not close for 9 months after signing the contract.
