She helped my husband coming from Romania get his Green Card in less than one year from the time we submitted the application. after open heart surgery I was transferred to a skilled nursing home facility in westchester county and the very fist day, I was given a faulty wheelchair and I fell and brok my hip. My case was transferred to another attorney without my consent or letting me know. I called for an update and was surprised that Sandra was no longer there. The worst of all is not no one is available to pick up your call in order for you to make an appointment. Therefore when you show up without appointment, get ready to cancel all your other appointments and wait until someone notice you in the waiting area which is full with no more place to wait. My only off day is Monday when I do all my stuff. Imagine the stress. The customer service is horrible. We received our working permit which was on their office and they were unable to let us know, knowing that we were impatiently waiting for it.
