Happily, I found out, firsthand, when Jana -- savvy listener, Quicksilver doer -- patiently tutored me, a trademark neophyte, on how to successfully own my own name (Who knew I didn't?) Female-operated, Gouchev Law boasts a top-notch roster of whip-smart, original-thinking, tough-minded but human, legal advocates (Jana's terrific assistant, Caroline included) everyone enthusiastically on board to get the job done. Moreover, Gouchev serves up a wonderful surprise: that rare, non-lawyerly asset -- a robust sense of humor.

First off... let me say I am most certainly not a writer, nor am I under any delusions of granduer... I did however wanna pay this Firm it's well deserved credit, so I took a stroll down Bluff Point Rd. In Sag Harbor and stood out in the street staring at John Steinbeck's house. I thought of the great sunsets that he must have watched while conjuring his word for the Grapes of Wrath, or any of the many masterpieces he has blessed us and the world with... and then I thought to myself the similarities between him and Jana's work. Like the great master Steinbeck, Jana cultivates her work, she seems never satisfied, always wanting to rework it and make it better, I have had countless conversations with her and watched her use her words like a sword cutting through endless questions to get deep into the direct heart of the matter, only for the sole purpose of wanting better for her client, and the pride of representing her work and what she stands for properly. She believes in the ways of the old, her word is her bond. Not only does she uphold these standards, but she has hand chosen specific lawyers to uphold her brand and firm well. When I say team... I want you to think of the 92 DREAM TEAM!!!!!!!! I'm talking all her lawyers are starters, nobody in this firm is riding the bench. If you want a firm full of second rate bench warmers, then this isn't the place for you, but if you want a finely tuned orchestra playing a symphony, where every lawyer plays first chair, then you have come to the right spot. It's almost as if they are like Voltron, separately they are powerful, but when you bring your business to them they lock together and become unstoppable. Better yet, Think of Jana as Thanos, and all her lawyers are infinity stones, and she has collected them ALL to rule the business lawyer UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!Talking to Caroline, was like a sweet jab from Mike Tyson working his way to the inside, then talking with Erin was like an overhand right upstairs, setting it up for Sejal to come through like an uppercut for the knockout blow. With this team all you business competition won't stand a chance, Tyson in the eighties... one round and they will be done... after reading this review you can sleep well at night knowing you made the right choice... and however long from now when you are rolling in the dough like scrooge McDuck... you can send me an email thanking me... Alexander Paykin and his staff were efficient and professional in the handling of our legal matter. They made it easy to retain their services, kept us in constant communication for our case, made it clear what we could expect for the timeline, and closed out the matter very satisfactorily. In particular, they went above and beyond to return the unused portion of our retainer. Should we ever need legal services again, we would not hesitate to work with them.
