Matt Weiss and his team have helped me over the years save time and be successful in getting me out jams. His staff is not only very professional but extremely well versed in traffic violations. It took about year (b/c the trial date was postponed once--which is part of Weiss & Associates' strategy) to get the fantastic results, but I had 3 tickets (worth a total of 6 points) at one time in my own neck of the woods. Some douchebag cop decided to stick it to me when I bypassed a car when the car would not move for a while. (You would think it would be REASONABLE to bypass a car when he s not moving). I get a ticket for crossing the double yellow line (3 points) which allegedly constituted a no passing zone , no seat belt (no points), and failing to yield to a pedestrian (3 points). I can tell you straight up that it's the typical douchbaggery of some cops who like to impose their power trip tirades upon otherwise decent citizens of NY. I will admit I had no seat belt on but the other 2 charges were total BS and my actions were reasonable and hardly guilty of the charges imposed upon me. Anyhow, I wasn't sure whether it would be worth going with Weiss & Associates, PC but after a bit of research, they seemed to have positive reviews in general. Now I know why. They get results. I was not certain whether I'd get even one ticket off but I got both of them off ---- which saved me a crap load on future insurance rates (6 points is no joke). Trust me, it's not worth gambling against serious charges in an all or nothing court in NYC. There is no plea bargaining. So you either win or lose. It's definitely worth taking a shot with some experienced attorneys with results like Weiss & Associates, PC. I highly recommend Matthew Weiss and his firm. When I was pulled over and given a summons which could have resulted in 6 points I was concerned. Fairly sure that the gun reading I was quoted was incorrect, I decided to contest the ticket. I could not however deliver any proof other than my word so I knew that it might prove impossible. A asked a friend who is an attorney what he would advise and he referred me to Weiss & Associates. A phone call, a copy of the summons, and a reasonable fee later, I was put on hold awaiting their expertise to deal with my problem. No guarantee was promised. I was informed that the process could be delayed and several months later, the other day, I received notice that the summons was dropped. No fine, NO POINTS. Whatever they do, they do it well. If you feel you were ticketed unfairly, I recommend giving Weiss & Associates a call. Less worries, certainly no hassle, and at least in my case, great results!

Mr. Weiss and his firm truly deliver on their promise of making the process of fighting your tickets as easy and painless as possible. I did not even have to show up to court since they handled the whole process for me (which was a blessing due to my hectic work schedule). And on top of everything else they got my 8-point ticket dismissed!!!! Great service, timely responses and GREAT results. Would recommend to anyone. Weiss & Associates, PC got my ticket dismissed successfully, which could have been a 6-point violation. Had I been found guilty it would have resulted in a mandatory driver responsibility assessment program ($300 in addition to the traffic ticket). This occurred in North Queens TVB court, which doesn't allow plea bargaining deals. So it's an all-or-nothing scenario.

I highly recommend Matthew Weiss and Weiss & Associates, PC. They've adeptly and professionally handled multiple legal matters for me and my family. In a personal injury case, he recently was able to obtain a settlement that was more than double what we expected. Two thumbs up!

The firm was excellent and made the entire process simple and painless. They emailed me info every step of the way and the $ spent was a very worthwhile investment.
