Vivien and her team took such good care of me in such a trying and tumultuous time in my life. She is organized and calculated. With such an eye on detail, coupled with her experience, she guided me at every turn - speaking to me in English as opposed to legal jargon. Her experience in the field also helped due to the fact that she knew all the players and what she was up against at all times. This lawyer oddly has 5 Star reviews from clients who enjoy lengthy hourly long drawn out cases? Really are these reviews all real ? They seem rather crafty? #1 Charges a variety of prices varying by client = True #2 Very Un-Prepared at court #3 When a judge asks her pleading with her to ask for a motion to dismiss charges against you she will say "NO your honor" she will fumble with BS reasons outside the court and ultimately will say: "You didnt pay me yet to do that" #4 She bills for calls, and prep work yet when she gets to court drops all the papers on the floor, and has no clue about your case if she was even carrying it in the first place. #5 Have you ever read so many gleaming, crafted , artful reviews boasting about all the good deeds a lawyer does? I mean if you do something so good do you have boast? This is not someone I would reccomend, this is not the type of lawyer you want to do business with - most lawyers are pretty bad but if you want to flush your cash and life way dont bother reading this review or notice all the happy clients who love paying her long drawn out cases year after year than sign up for her artful, gleeful and alleged quality legal expertise. A lawyer should get you out of problems NOT perpetuate them for financial gain - but hey what do I know I just lived through it...its all in the Transcripts and I can't believe the judge allows her to practice law in this state.
